What charges do I have to pay for booking a service?

Booking of any service on Mink Pedlar is absolutely free. You only have to pay to the service provider for his/her service.

Does Mink Pedlar cover all the services related to household chores?

We have tried our best to cover all the major as well as minor household chores related services to provide you comfort in your maximum tasks. Still, some services might be missing. In this situation, you can contribute your suggestions to add another service by clicking on ‘Suggest a Service.’ You can reach us at (mail adds).

What if the service provider doesn’t reach me on the decided time?

Once we link you to the service provider, the communication between both the parties will be your (and service provider’s) responsibility. We won’t have any role to play in such a situation.

Can I ask for more than one service at a time?

Yes sure! You can ask for as many services as you want. We are happy to deliver you whatever your requirements are.

In case, I am not satisfied with the service, what should I do?

The quality of work changes from a service provider to another service provider. In case you are not satisfied with a service provider’s work, you can book another service provider for the same service through Mink Pedlar.
You can also rate a service provider based on the quality of his service to help other customers judge better which service provider to choose.

How do I list my service on Mink Pedlar?

It’s very easy to list your service on Mink Pedlar. Either give us a call on (1800 121 6465) and our Customer Care Representative will assist you in the service listing process or mail us your service details at (info@minkpedlar.com).

Can I change the information related to my service?

Yes, you can change the information related to your service. For this, give us a call on (1800 121 6465) or mail us your changed information at (info@minkpedlar.com).

What charges do I need to pay to list my service?

In order to list your service, you are required to pay an amount of Rs. 500 for three months. In order to renew your listing, same amount of money for same time of period must be paid.

What should I do if a customer refuses to pay after availing the service?

Once we link you to the customer, the communication between both the parties will be your (and customer’s) responsibility. We won’t have any role to play in such a situation.
